• No Cloud Tracking: Our modules do not “phone home” to our servers or any third-party cloud services.

• No Data Harvesting: We do not collect, store, or sell data regarding how you use your appliances, your schedules, or your home environment.

• Full Transparency: Every device is pre-flashed with ESPHome, allowing you to audit the firmware and verify that your data stays exactly where it belongs: inside your home.

2. Information We Collect (Online Store)

To operate our online shop and fulfill your orders, we collect the minimum amount of information necessary:

• Order Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, shipping address, and email address to process and deliver your hardware.

• Payment Processing: Payment information is handled through secure, industry-standard third-party processors. Lagom Control never sees or stores your full credit card details.

• Communication: If you contact us for technical support, we retain that correspondence to help resolve your issue.
